Welcome all "Snow Birds" and travelers to Lee County! We are offering you a beautiful, 3/2 Florida-style home with an open floor plan (1694 Sq. Ft. under air) and a double-car garage. This home has all the comforts of home plus a screened lanai with additional seating/dining, and a wooded view (great for bird watchers). Whether you're just looking for a peaceful place to relax and escape the everyday hustle and bustle, or want to visit all the local sites... this is the home for you!

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials: including a Side-by-side refrigerator with filtered ice/water and a Glass-top stove for easy clean-up (2nd refrigerator available in the garage for maximum storage). The Master Suite offers you a Queen bed, dual walk-in closets, walk-in tiled shower, separate water closet. The Junior Suite also has a Queen bed, along with a comfortable seating area for relaxing. The 3rd BR has a Twin bed, desk and rocker. Also included in the home: Washer/dryer; Linens provided; Directv - Satellite TV; Wi-Fi/Internet; DVD; Grill; ADT Security; all Utilities/Lawn Maintenance/Pest Control; Central AC/Heat; Well/Septic. While this is a non-smoking home, smoking is permitted outside on the screened lanai. Additional sleeping arrangements available upon request for larger parties.

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Check In: 4 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 1 Week Minimum
Lodging Tax: 11% - if less than 6 months
Deposits: Deposits are due within 7-days of booking; once payment has cleared, a confirmation will be sent. For a weekly stay- $300 deposit; For a monthly stay- $600 deposit; For full-seasonal stay or Annual Lease- $1800 deposit. If damages are reported in excess of the deposit amount, we reserve the right to claim this off the Guest.
Other Fees: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. All rentals will be charged a $75 Exit/Cleaning Fee: the Exit/Cleaning fee is negotiable for multiple-month stays of 3-months or more only.
