This luxury 4 Bedroom 2500 sq. home has a great floor plan which consists of large front hall, separate Living room with access to Pool and large Family room with access to Pool. Enjoy the heated Pool and heated Spa. Has a wonderful private backyard with view of the Lake and Golf Course. Enjoy birdwatching with your morning coffee and marvel at the amazing sunsets right from your Kitchen window! House has alarm, free wireless internert, Satelitte TV in family room and one in Master. Master bedroom has large walk-in closet joined by full ensuite. Master bedroom has sliding doors to lani covered Pool. 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed, Walk in Closet and Ensuite with door to Pool, 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a full bathroom in a private hallway setting. All linens, towels, beach towels, blankets provided and fully equipped Kitchen with brand new fridge, freezer, dishwasher and BBQ.

Just 15 Minutes away from the Southwest Florida International Airport, this home rests in a quiet, safe and upscale Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club Community and is just 20 minutes away from fabulous BEACHES such as Fort Myers Beach, Bodwitch Beach, Bonita Beach and a little further visit Lovers Key Beach, Barefoot Beach and a must visit to Sanibel and Captiva Island, 5 minutes from the Bell Tower Shops and all amenities. Keep in mind that beautiful Naples is just 20 minutes away - a must visit!

Oustanding layout of house. Pool and spa was refreshing. Beautiful view of golf course pond with tropical birds, fox squirrels, raccoons and ducks. Very convienant to everything we went to. Highly recommended. Could use some minor maintenance issues.

Love, Love, Loved It

My husband and I, along with our daughter and 2 grandkids thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was perfect for us. - had lots of room, layed out very nice and lots of privacy - the master is separted from the rest of the bedrooms which was very nice. The swimming pool is a nice size, which we enjoy every day. all day, and we enjoyed the jacuzi too. Everything we needed was there, even some kid games that we played in the evening. The home is an easy drive to the beach, grocery stores, shope and resturants. It was also very very clean which we appreciate. The owner was very nice, checking with use during the week to see how we were enjoying our vacation and if everything was okay. We hope to return next year - love, love, loved it.

Twins Spring Training

April 13, 2012

Great place to stay when going to spring training. You can go to the games then come home and cool off by swiming in the pool. Then when your team isn't playing you can go to the many fine beaches. Also there are many fine dinning places in Ft Myers, such as Pinchers, Mimi's, Roadhouse are very close by. Also shopping for grocerys, you are close to Walmart, Target and Sweet Bay. Overall excelent place.

Had a nice time at this house....pool very refreshing...nice walking around the area....close to publix, walgreens and the beach...nice big house for a family to enjoy .
