Description of the Fort Myers vacation home rental

Pool/spa home in Colonial Country Club Ft. Myers located coveniently by the SWFL airport, beaches, shopping and restaurants. This is a very open floor plan with plenty of space for entertaining. Kitchen has dinette, breakfast bar plus formal dining room that seats 6. Outdoor seating for 6 on lanai as well. TVs in master, den and lanai. Master bedroom has queen bed and full bath with tub, shower and dual sinks. Guest bedroom has twin beds with guest bath, tub/shower combo. Furnishings are lovely throughout this home. Amenities of this community include "pay as you play" golf, tennis, swimming, walking paths, massage room, fitness center with classes. Colonial Country Club has a large clubhouse with entertainment, grill room and outdoor seating and the food is fabulous yet reasonable. You will have a wonderful time!

Relaxing oasis

This home was not only welcoming and spacious but a delight to enjoy. The area is close to the airport as well as great shopping. The house offered a great pool area, enough room to enjoy company and a well appointed kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here. Wish we could have booked for the following year. Great place, great area, great time. Thanks again to the homeowners for letting us enjoy their rental.

Our stay was exceptional. The house is very clean and so tastefully decorated. Liked the open airy concept to the private pool area. Nice larger shared pool just a block away too! The trails around the community were stunning and made my morning runs worth getting out of bed! Best part was all the shopping near by! Would definately stay here again.
