Pool/spa home in Colonial Country Club Ft. Myers located coveniently by the airport, beaches, shopping and restaurants. This is a very open floor plan with plenty of space for entertaining. Kitchen has dinette, breakfast bar plus formal dining room that seats 6. Outdoor seating for 6 on lanai as well. TVs in master, den and lanai. Master bedroom has queen bed and full bath with tub, shower and dual sinks. Guest bedroom has twin beds with guest bath, tub/shower combo. Furnishings are lovely throughout this home. Amenities of this community include "pay as you play" golf, tennis, swimming, walking paths, massage room, fitness center with classes. Colonial Country Club has a large clubhouse with entertainment, grill room and outdoor seating and the food is fabulous yet reasonable. You will have a wonderful time!
