Coral Palms is our newest 4 bedroom vacation home, tugged away next to a nature preserve, it includes a wide gulf access canal location, 16,000lbs boat lift, and quick access to the river. The master suite offers a king size bed, 37 inch flat screen, and the adjoining master bath offers a large garden tub, walk-in shower with seat, pool access, and a large walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and share the 2nd bath. The game room has an 8ft slate billiard table, pub table with 4 chairs and is separate from the main living area. The living room has a 51 inch flat screen TV, stereo and ceiling fan. The pool deck includes a gas bbq grill, seating for 6, 2 sun loungers, solar heated pool with in water seating bench, as well as speakers and stereo for the lanai area. Additional amenities: 4 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, beach towels, 3 fishing poles, 1 pack & play crib.
The home is very close to the Four Mile Cove Preserve, which is perfect for walking, and kayaking (seasonal rentals available at Preserve). The close proximity to Del Prado Blvd further offers a number of shops, restaurants, as well as Publix Supermarket, Walmart and more.
THIS HOME INCLUDES THE FIRST 4 ADULT GUESTS (CHILDREN 12 AND OVER COUNT AS ADULTS) IN THE BASE RENTAL PRICE. EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT OR CHILD 12 AND OVER IS AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 PLUS TAX PER NIGHT. PLEASE NOTE THE EXACT NUMBER OF GUESTS INCLUDING ADULTS AND CHILDREN AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

"Ding" Darlin National Wildlife Refuge, The Schoolhouse Theater, or one of the beautiful beaches, such as Bowman's Beach, Captiva Beach, Blind Pass Beach or one of the other great beaches.

There were four couples that stayed at the home and we found it to be clean and well maintained. It had adequate kitchen utensils to allow for cooking and eating. The pool was nice and the pool table was a hit with the guys. The house location on water with the nature preserve across the water channel was excellent. It had easy access to the fort Myers area. Our rental agreement was handled in a professional manner by the property management company.
