Features include: first floor access (no stairs) attached one car garage and lanai that provides nature at its best. Everything is included: fully loaded kitchen, two full baths, linens, three flat screen TV's, DVD/Stereo/IPOD adaptability, laundry room, plus more. Rental includes use of pool, whirlpool and cabana. We are only a few miles from the beaches (shuttle service nearby) and in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, health club and more.
We provide multiple month discounts. Vacation with other families but maintain privacy. Based on availability we have additional properties within the same subdivision. Please ask.

Delighted duo

My husband and I visit Fort Myers for a couple of weeks of quiet and relaxation every December. This beautiful coach home offered us everything we wanted. It’s conveniently located near all our favorite places including outlet shopping and the beaches. The house is very clean--perhaps I should say spotless --very bright and spacious and decorated tastefully. We enjoyed watching the birds and ducks in the water. I found I could walk to a nearby drugstore for the newspaper each morning and there were other stores and places to eat within walking distance. The rental process was easy and the owners checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed and made themselves available for questions. The place was excellent and we would highly recommend it.
