We are perfectly prepared and have the perfect home for you and your needs to come and relax and have a great time! The townhome is located in a beautiful gated community of Cypress Landing with lovely new furnishings throughout. It is tastefully decorated with all of the comforts of home. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The master suite has a huge king-sized bed and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower, twin vanity basins, and a linen closet. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (one is a trundle bed) and a bathroom featuring a tiled shower with a tub. There is a large closet. The second floor also features a washer & dryer. Fully air-conditioned/heated plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. This newer gated community offers a clubhouse with a gorgeous pool, adult hot tub, children's pool, large fitness center, playground, walking paths & more! All utilities, basic cable, high speed internet included.

• Deposits: $500 refundable security deposit is due upon booking. 50% of rental charge is required to hold/book reservation. The balance of the rental charge plus any additional fees will be due 30 days before check-in. Security deposit will be returned upon satisfactory return of the premises to the owner. The 50% deposit required to hold/book the rental is not refundable if there is a cancellation on the renters part. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets please.
   
• Other Fees: Exit cleaning fee: $125.00 if left in reasonable condition. This fee is due 30 days prior to check-in. Any additional cleaning fees or property damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Other fees: Electricity over $70.00 per month.
