Located in South Fort Myers, our beautiful, spacious, three bedroom, two and half bath town home with attached garage is tastefully decorated and well equipped. 2 TVs, Wi-Fi.

Gated community with manned gate. Community pool is 1 bldg away.
Just minutes away is Fort Myers beach with a more energetic nightlife or Sanibel and Captiva Islands with guided shelling trips, tranquil life style, and the most beautiful sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico.

Queen bed in all 3 bdrms. Large master bath with garden tub and walkin shower, double sinks .
Full size laundry room conveniently located on 2nd floor with the bedrooms.

Sorry no pets in this unit but our RE Agent has other units in Sail Harbour that are pet friendly.

Area Information

Enjoy the vast variety of fine dining and restaurants in Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Beach, and Sanibel all located just a short drive away. Enjoy Broadway shows at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, visit the historic homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. Or if you prefer just sit and relax on the lanai.

Hey baseball fans Fort Myers is the winter training home for the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins! Catch a baseball game just a short distance away.

Place is clean and well appointed. Needs TV in more than just one bedroom. Parking more than 1 car can be a real problem. Overall very nice stay.

Nice clean roomy townhouse. Gated community, friendly neighborhood. Close to everything: shopping, beaches, dining etc. HOA rules strict with parking. Good sized pool for swimming onsite. Would return.
