Description of the Fort Myers vacation townhouse rental

This 6 year old newly furnished townhouse in a gated resort-style community is located close to everything the Fort Myers area has to offer. The 2 bedrooms on the second floor, furnished with queen beds and an additional full-size loft bed in second bedroom, each has its own full bath and walk-in closet. Also available is a full-size air mattress for added sleepers. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen w/ pantry, dining area, living room and half bath. This home also offers a furnished screened lanai and 1 car attached garage which also houses the washer and dryer. The community center is a short walk away and has a large swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, playground and modern fitness area.

Area Information

The Cypress Landing community is close to numerous golf courses and country clubs. You will have your choice of shopping plazas and malls as well as restaurants and bars. Property is down the street from both the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins spring training facilities. Extensive jog/bike path right outside the gate. 2 nature preserves within minutes.

Nice quiet and safe gated community

Small town-home, ideal for a couple who seeks to have access to nearby beaches, shopping and a very nice community pool. Most of the rooms are carpeted which created problems for our allergies. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. Overall, an very enjoyable stay.

Some minor improvements are planned for the near future. These will include replacing the carpets (with tile or hardwood), the existing tiled floors and the countertops and cabinets.
