Description of the Fort Myers vacation townhouse rental

Locatet in a community with two Poolareas and Clubhouse.

This apartment is in the second level and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a lanai.

Kitchen is full equipped (Range, Mikrowave, Dishwasher and Refrigerator).
In the livingroom is a huge couch for up to 6 peoples, the TV is connected with cabel service.
The table in the dinning area has 4 chairs.
For outside sitting are there one round tables and 4 chairs.
The master has a own bathroom and a walk-in closet.
The second bathroom has a own bathroom too and a wardrobe.
The washing machine and the dryer are on the lanai behind doors.

Area Information

The community "Brookshire Bath & Tennis Club" is very nice and clean.
Clubhouse featuring state of the art Fitness Center, ping-pong table room with libary, heated Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts. A smaller second pool is very close to the apartment, approximately 1 or 2 minutes to walk.

In few minutes you can reach the first shopping center with several stores (grocerys, restaurants, fast foods, hair cuttery, liquor store, gas station and many more.

Whitehaven Townhouse

This was our first "snowbird" rental experience, We stayed from Dec of 2011 through Feb of 2012. The Townhouse was in a great location, close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and activities. The house itself was clean and neat. The upholstered furniture however was very uncomfortable. The rest of the beds, tables and chairs were satisfactory. It was so wonderful to have a patio set out on the screened porch, as well as a washer and dryer in the closet. The neighbors were all very nice, so that made this a great rental experience, The property mangers were very helpful and were very prompt at ret;urning e-mails.
