Description of the Fort Myers vacation townhouse rental
This modern coach home is the largest unit in our gated community with views of two ponds. It is a second floor unit with only 4 units in our building, fully furnished with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and ceramic tile. Large screened lanai. Modern kitchen equipped with pots, pans,George Foreman grill, dishware, glasses, utensils and small appliances for all your cooking needs. Breakfast bar with 3 stools. Walk-in pantry with washer and dryer. Large open dining room with table that seats 6, stationary bar and living room with queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, entertainment center with 42" plasma TV, stereo with CD player and DVD player. Master bedroom with king bed and bedroom set, TV and walk-in closet. Master bath with his and her sinks, tiled shower and private toilet area. There are two guest bedrooms - one with 2 twin beds and the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressers and TV's. Bedroom with queen bed is adjoining to guest bathroom with tub and shower. Our home has new furnishings with tropical decor, comfortable mattresses, pillows, bed linens, bath & beach towels, iron and ironing board, cable TV throughout, wireless internet, ceiling fans in all rooms, furnished lanai with table and chairs that seat 6. Unit is approximately 1800 sqft. Other amenities include: short walk to clubhouse with heated pool and hot tub, pool bathroom and exercise/work-out room. Additional parking for guests located at our building. Sorry no smoking and no pets.. Special rates for 2 or more month rental - please inquire!
Area Information
Located in the Bellamar at Beachwalk community just 5 miles from Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island and just a further drive to Captiva Island. A 20 minute ride from Ft. Myers Airport. Convenient location to shopping centers, groceries within walking distance and many restaurants. A 15 minute ride to downtown Ft. Myers and the Thomas Edison/Ford Estate and performing arts center. Close to many golf courses & miniature golf too. Short distance to Highway 41 & interstate 75 for traveling to Naples and Marco Island. A 5 minute ride to Tanger Outlet Mall and many more malls nearby for shopping. There is also plenty of water activities nearby - deep sea fishing, parasailing, boating, kayaking & wave runners. Scooter and bike rentals too. Our home is located just east of McGreggor/San Carlos Blvd. and just south of Gladiolus Dr.
