Description of the Fort Myers vacation villa rental
Our Villa is Fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in most rooms and lanai.Our home is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing Vacation.
There is a separate Living/Dining room in addition to the Family Room which features Large Plasma TV with 100 cable tv channels and DVD player,High Speed wireless internet is available for our guests, The fully equipped kitchen has a Morning room which leads out onto the lanai and pool area. The lanai area features a built in wet bar/BBQ area with 4 bar stools and Pool side refrigerator for that ice cold drink!!! This overlooks the gorgeous heated pool which also has underwater lighting.
The master suite has a huge king-size bed, walk-in closet,TV,with dresser and pool access via patio doors.The en-suite bathroom has luxury oval bath tub,large walk-in shower, twin vanity basins and separate toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with tv and dvd player the 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have twin beds and chest of draws all with large built in closets. The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and vanity basin.
Our 4 bedroomed villa is located in an upscale and exclusive quiet community.It has a private solar and electric heated south facing swimming pool overlooking the lake.
The south facing swimming pool gets the sun all day long but the lanai offers more than enough shade for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Area Information
With its fine, white sand beaches and calm ocean Fort Myers beach's are ideal for families with young chidren and couples alike,jet ski hire is available on the beach along with fishing from the pier.
The nearby islands of Captiva and Sanibel with there crystal clear waters are popular for 'shelling' and dolphin watching .
You can charter boats for fishing or leisure and there is a Casino boat which leaves Fort Myers Marina twice a day for a touch of 'Vegas style gambling'.Or even book the Fort Myers to Key West fast hydrofoil boat at Fort Myers Marina.
Restaraunts are close by within 5 mins drive with many overlooking the lovely marina on Fort Myers Beach.
For Golfers there are numerous courses in the area with Lexington Country Club and Crown Colony golf club within a 2 minutes drive away.There are plenty of upscale shopping malls within easy driving distance of our villa, so you can shop till you drop or if you prefer laze on the beach or by the pool all day soaking up the sun and the taste of Paradise.

We spent a week in this property in fort Myers, what a stunning house and the location is just great. This house has everything and more that you need its fully equipped and has a fantastic bbq area and the room sizes are huge, the pool and spa overlooking the lake was just amazing! We loved the location, so close to the beach, resteraunts, shops. We will definitely be booking again for next year. Many thanks the Hogans

The villa was clean when we arrived and the rental agency was very helpful to our requests. The villa is located in a very nice naborhood, close to several stores and to beaches. Also Down Town Fort Myers, the historic district, shopping malls, a gigantic outlet mall as well as a vast choice of restaurants and a cinema complex are with an 30 minutes drive. We were only a party of two, but enjoyed the large villa and the pool very much. The villa would easely hoste eight people.

my chilren,mother, and i spent 5 nights at the villa on Sigmund Loop and it was great.when we arrived and opened the door it felt like home.Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool,just the right size.the villa was peaceful.Celina was very very nice and helpful.Sea world was pretty much right around the corner.We would most definitley stay there again.

The house was everything that was advertised and more. The little extra touches too!. Very Clean. Excellent area, pool area with wet bar, great for relaxing and entertaining, plenty of towels. peaceful villa

We have stayed in the villa 5 consecutive years during January. It has met all of our needs and most of our wants (no one can control the weather!) We have found the location to be perfect, close to major streets, nearby shopping and beach access. The home is always exceptionally clean and ready for our visit, and we enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Birds of all sorts entertain us as we watch their activity on the lake from the spacious patio. We have found the kitchen to be well supplied with dishes, pots and pans, and up to date appliances. The villa is beautifully decorated but still retains a homey feel. We will book the home for 10 days in 2013 because it is truly a great place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. We travel often and have stayed in numerous condos before, but this house went straight to the top on our list of preferred locations. The house is immaculate and we loved every inch of it. Pool and lanai area kept our little ones entertained. The separate sitting room gave the adults a quiet place to visit while the kids watched TV. Beds are very comfortable, and neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Short distance to everything we needed from restaurants to beaches. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Fort Myers. The owner was very accommodating throughout my inquiry and booking; always prompt with a reply. We are very satisfied, and look forward to our next stay.

This was the third time we stayed at this wonderful villa in Fort Myers - and as usual we have enjoyed our stay very much! The location of the villa is perfect - in a very quiet community (heard our neighbours only once the whole week) close to everything your heart desires - the beaches, shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, bank... The villa itself offers everything to guarantee a perfect vacation and is maintained very well - the only thing you have to do yourself is realising that you have arrived in paradise and start relaxing. May I recommend the pool and the lanai for that? :) Just sitting in the water and watching the wildlife in the lake right outside is amazing - just don't forget the sunblocker or you might end up a "red lobster" like myself... To sum it up: a wonderful experience - that starts the moment you contact the owners (amazing in providing quick answers and helping with all needs you might have) till the time you unfortunately have to leave again!

we have used this villa twice now as its in a great location easy for the beach and shopping, and lots of eating places nearby. The villa is wonderful and comfortable and has everything we needed and more for a great stay, our boys aged 7 and 11 loved the pool and the toys available, they never want to leave. the owner is very helpful and we look forward to our return in 2011 as we have booked again. thanks for some great memories.

Very comfortable vacation home

We had an excellent 3 week stay in this comfortable vacation home. We especially liked the pool and lanai area, spacious, clean and well equipped with furniture and BBQ and refrigerator. The house is also very spacious inside and all necessary items are provided. The location is pleasantly quiet but close to shopping and several beaches. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great Florida holiday.

This home offered everything we hoped to find in a vacation rental. South facing pool, hot tub, BBQ and with an awsome view of the lake behind the home. It is also in an excellent location. We have rented many time in Ft. Myers area and this home ranks right at the top. Had a bit of a problem with the hot tub initially but the owner was very quick and helpful in resolving it and he was excellent in communicating with us right from start to finish. We have already booked it for next year since the good ones go quickly.

Our family stayed in this villa for a week in April and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The view over the lake is lovely from the pool area - it is so well maintained and the Spa simply added to that enjoyment. The property was well equipped with accessories in the kitchen, bathroom and living areas to make our stay more than comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing and the location is so convenient for the beaches, shopping and dining. We look forward to making a return visit in the near future!

We were more than pleased with this vacation home. It was exactly as described and more. The whole lanai area was worth the stay. The pool was kept at a very warm temperature and the lanai with all the furniture kept us outside a good deal of the time. The beaches & shopping were very close by. Make sure you check into the latest play at the Broadway Palm Theater. Great food and live performance at a very reasonable price. The play and a great lunch was only $42.00. Dinner show was $49.00. Mr Swan, the owner, was absolutely the best to work with. He bent over backward to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Handy to markets, malls and beaches. Wonderful, well heated pool. We were in it 27 of the 28 days there! A great cast of characters living in and around the lake. We did so enjoy just sitting on the lanai and watching the wildlife. Excellent email responses from Mr Swan. Very nice gentleman to do business with. We are returning for four weeks next year.

When we first walked into the home, we were impressed with the cleanliness, furnishings and pool. We have stayed in many other rentals (in Orlando, Hawaii and the Caribbean) and yours was the best in terms of these features. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beaches (but not too close to these busy areas.) We enjoyed our time there and we thank you for hosting us on our vacation.
We had a lovely time at your home! It was a beautiful and restful place away from the bustle of Fort Myers. Jake and I enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood nightly and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool! Thank you for your assistance with all of our questions. We may visit again next year!
The whole family very much enjoyed the stay at the villa and would have no hesitation returning. The villa was a good size for a family of 5 adults and very comfortable. The pool was of a good size and the view of the lake was excellent including the view of the wildlife that gathers around the lake, which was a daily delight.
We had a great time in Fort Myers. The villa was fantastic ; clean and, good location with a beautiful pool that we used a lot.We loved Sanibel and Captiva islands and would definitely like to return one day to explore further.Everything was just as we wanted it to be.
The best villa I have stayed in so far in Florida, good location, great facilities, the pool was loved by all the family. Its a great place to stay and especially when Fort Myers is starting to go places!.
