Description of the Fort Myers vacation villa rental
House (including bathrooms and kitchen) was completely renovated in December 2009. Two bedrooms have direct entrance to bathroom, one from hallway. Kitchen has granite countertops with bar, side by side refrigerator, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave. Villa was repainted (interior and exterior). Dish Network 200+ channels. There are 6 golf courses, closest one within 2 miles while the furthest away would be 11 miles. Telephone (long distance), internet and utilities included. Sorry no pets.

May-Nov rate is $1,500/month, $450/week, Cleaning Fee 100$.
Dec-Apr rate is $2,000/month. One time cleaning fee of $100 will apply for rental less than two months. Pay Pal accepted.
The house is on Municipal Water and, also, was built before 2001, so zero risk of Chinese Drywall contamination/exposure.

Beautiful home with pool
January 6, 2013
I rented this property for the months of November and December and it is a beautiful home with new floors, granite countertops, and everything I needed for my stay. Very clean. My granddaughters loved the lanai covered pool that is solar heated. Very reasonably priced for size of the house as we comfortably had six people in the house for a part of my vacation. I would love to come back again next year.

Great Home for Vacations

Mario, we very much enjoyed staying at your vacation home. It was very clean and well kept. Our son extremely enjoyed the time in the pool. As it was our first stay in a self-booked vacation home abroad in Florida, we could not believe that booking, contracting, transferring the rental fee and accessing the house can be so easy. Beyond, (the house keeper) Edgars support was very kind and helpful. We are pretty sure that we will come back. Wonderful vacation home. Just can recommend.

Mario, we loved the house it was very clean and well kept.The kids loved the pool they played for hours, we had a really good time. Edar the house keeper was very helpful anything we needed he made sure we had it right away. We are hoping to come back in the near future. Thank Mario!!!

Beautiful HOME!

My family and I stayed at this home 7/24-7/31. My son played baseball at the Ft Myers spring training facility. It was only 30 minutes from the house. The house was very clean. Everything you need as if it was your home was there. Edgar who takes care of the property for the owner was a very nice man. Anything we needed he made sure it was taken care of right away. The pool was very clean. Everyday after the games the kids stayed in the pool for hours.. We did NOT want to come home.. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. We hope to come back in the near future. :) Anyone looking to rent a home in the Ft Myers area should rent this home. Thank you Mario !!

We just got home a couple of hours ago, having spent a bit of time in Niagara Falls N.Y. before driving back over the border to Canada.... yahoo!... got some real deals in N.falls with our amount allowed without declaration for the trip. (I actually would love to know how much we're actually allowed to purchase individually when staying in the States for more than 48 hours... if you know, that would be great information to keep in mind for future!) Your home is absolutely lovely and so practical in its layout. If we were ever to build a home we would want to use your place as a guideline! We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool as the weather was gorgeous throughout our whole stay... over 82 degrees each day. It is so nice to sit out on the patio to enjoy breakfast and watch the birds on the water/ lagoon. Thank you so much for making your 'piece of paradise' available to us to enjoy! Maggie

Exceptional Get Away

This home was expectionally beautiful, decorated nicely,clean and very inviting.Alot to see and do in this area.We didn't want to leave,wished we had more time to stay.Make sure you stop and look in the canal areas for fish,turtles and baby alligators.Gasparilla Island should also be a must when staying here.Can't wait to return would highly recommend to all.

All Good Things Must Come to an End....

Our family of four spent the week of X-Mas at Villa Aurora and it was everything you could ask for and MORE. The pool/lanai area was relaxing and mealtime overlooking Lake Chamille was tranquil. My husband enjoyed many rounds of golf at a nearby course and found it to be challenging and reasonable. Villa Aurora was a real winner in our opinion as it was very clean - just like the photos! The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we were very impressed with the home's pool, internet, plasma tv, magicJack, and the amount of work that was put into preparing the rental for our stay. Renting a vacation home was a first for my family as well as, the owner. After this experience it was definitely the way to go. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Ft. Myers. We would rent this vacation home again in a nanosecond as it was very well-suited to our needs and we hold many fond memories of it.
