Description of the Fort Myers vacation villa rental

Relax in this 3 bedroom home with a large (15'x30') Heated Swimming Pool,in a quiet residential area close to shops, resturants, movie theatres, performing arts centre and just 15minute drive to Fort Myers Beach on the Gulf Coast.
The property has recently undergone extensive upgrades with tiled floors, new A/C and Kitchen. It has a large, screened salt water pool, landscaped garden and parking for several cars.
The master bedroom has a Queen pillow top bed with cabinets,walk in closet, shower and his/her wash basins.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd has 2 twin beds, both have closets & cupboard.
Sit back and relax in the lounge and watch theTV / DVD or music on the Radio/CD/ipod sound unit. All the bedrooms are fitted with wall hung TV,s
There is a selection of DVD's, Books & Board games.
The family bathroom has a Bath/shower and vanity unit.
The recently installed kitchen is fully equipped.
The wireless internet is located in the kitchen which provides a chair & desk area for (wired or wireless ) hook up to the internet and the use of a printer should you need it to print out those money saving online vouchers/coupons
Telephone offering free calls to Canada & USA
The relaxing poolside area provides ample loungers/chairs & a gas barbeque.
The Laundry area is in the garage which hold the Washer & Dryer

Area Information

North Mayfair Rd, Fort Myers. Off Cypress Lake Drive local to Highway 41 and I-75 (closer to the 41).
We are located central to all the local ammenities, 15 minutes to the golden sands of Fort Myers Beach, where you can just relax in the sun, hire a boat, fish or just swim in the warm Gulf water, there are a multitude of Bars, and resturaunts to cool off and have a cold drink.
Then there is the bustle of Highway-41 which again has plenty of resturants, diners and bars, the Bell tower shopping centre and the Movie theatre are but minutes away.
For the Golfer there are plenty of courses to play and all just a short distance away.

With easy access to the I-75 you have an easy route to all the major cities in the area should you just want a change of sceenery or visit the Theme Parks.

Fort Myers Airport is just a few miles from the property

A great vacation home

This was our first experience of spending a month during the winter in Florida. We saw the web listing and we thought it would be ideal for what we were looking for, for the two of us. It was close to shopping for groceries and department stores. We were especially pleased with all biking and running paths. After all of our running and biking, the private swimming pool was a welcome sight. The pool was beautiful, plenty of room to swim or to just float on a raft. Comfortable, Well-Equipped Home

We had a wonderful vacation in Fort Myers. Your home was clean, comfortable, and convenient to beaches, shopping, and restaurants . . . and pool right outside the kitchen door. A home not a rental!

this was our first rental in USA and it was a wonderful experience. The villa was spacious and comfortable with every amenity you would need or could think of. The kitchen was fully equipped with every thing you could want and there was a great washer/drier. The pool and pool area were just like the photos and lovely to sit out there relaxing or having a bar b q! We can't wait to visit again,a real home from home!
