Located only 10 minutes to fishing, boating and beautiful Hutchinson Island beaches, this magnificent 8 acre gentlemans ranch is offered for the first time as a vacation rental. This private home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs with spiral staircase leading to 3 additional bedrooms. 2 massive floor to ceiling rock fireplaces, a sunken round kitchen and great room that leads to a huge screened patio with spa, amazing for outdoor grilling. An oversized inground swimming pool with slide for the kids. There are local weekend excursions for horseback riding on the beach, please ask for more info This is the only location in South florida for riding on the beach. This is a pet loving friendly oasis, and we offer horse boarding for long term seasonal stays at an extra cost. You will love this house of peaceful serenity, yet a minute to the I-95 interstate, 10 minutes to beaches and 1.30 minutes to Disney. We offer you this wonderful home at a super rate to offer families a reasonable and affordable vacation. This home was a horse rescue facility for 10 years which has been moved to our home in Colorado. This is the right place for you if you are looking for a relaxed and affordable place to bring your family for a fabulous relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle. It is not for you, if you are seeking 5 star accomodations and pure luxury at rock bottom prices! We will answer any and all questions to insure this is the place for your next vacation!!!

Area Information

Fort Pierce is centrally located between West Palm Beach and Orlando on the east coast of Florida. It is a hidden oasis so close to beaches, yet offers the peace and quiet of country living.

From only 10 minutes of leaving the home, you will arrive at the bridge of Hutchinson Island where there are great seafood restaurants, jetski rentals, boat and fishing excursions and more.

Other Fees: One time cleaning fee of $150.00, weekly and $175.00 monthly (housekeeping comes in 1x week) rate based on 8 occupants, additional occupant charges over 8 apply please inquire. $150.00 damage deposit refundable if no damage to property returned within 20 days of departure. An additional fee can be charges for excessive use of spa heater (unit must be turned off daily after use, the cost to run spa can exceed 700 per month if not turned off)

Amazing Property

May 1, 2012

This vacation was made extraordinary by living in this beautiful home for a week. We would rent this again in a second. Pros: Close to everything—far enough away to be quiet. Decorated beautifully inside and out. Quiet Horses to admire Pool Spa Owner was very responsive to a few issues Care taker was there if needed. Cons: Pool was too cool to swim in ( act of nature not a problem) Spiral stairs are somewhat hard to navigate for older adults Rooster doesn’t have a cut off switch 4:30 AM!
