Are you ready for a needed vacation?

Hang out at the beach? Well, you've come to the right place. Grab your suit, fill your cooler, bring a best selling novel and head to the awaiting beach chairs and umbrella. Stash your cooler between the chairs for easy reach. Lather up and soak up the rays for a while . .roll over take a nap . . . Woa this is the life!! Rested, napped . . . now time to read for a while, pop the top on a mountain dew or pepsi, or a beer. Take a quiet view of the beach, taking it all in, the sounds of the waves crashing, the kids running, teens playing freisbe, young ones playing in the sand. I think to my self, this is so wonderful, how can I make a living while laying on the beach? We all have that question!

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on Okaloosa Island is fully stocked and waiting for you. There are two queen beds, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. Our unit overlooks the condo pool and is 50 yards from the sugar white sands of Destin/Ft. Walton Beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a 2-story vacation condo with a private master bedroom and bathroom on the upper level.

Our fully equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Linens are provided and the washer/dryer is located inside the condo.

Our white sandy beaches are considered one of the top 10 best beaches. I have been to many beaches here and abroad and our beach is very equal to Caribbean beaches without the cost to get there. Its my favorite place!

Family activities in the area include Big Kahuna Water Park, Gulfarium, Championship Golf Courses, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, miniature, the pier, golf deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, jet skiing, para sailing, sea shell gathering, walking on the beach, dolphin cruises, shopping shopping shopping! and a variety of restaurants. Reserve early for prime vacation weeks.

My family had a great 2 week stay in unit owned by Rex and Penny Alexander. The unit was neat and clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens for the bathrooms and bedding. To access the unit you climb several flights of stairs but by the end of the first week we were all exclaiming how great our legs where looking. The pool access was easy and fun for the family. The gulf was yellow flag most of the time so we went to a county run park 5 min. away going north on Santa Rosa on the bay side, which was great swimming for us and provided great covered table area for picnicing. This was our fourth summer to visit the Destin area. Our family enjoyed the central location of the cottage. Its in a quiet area & very family friendly! The cottage was well maintained and very comfortable. It easily slept the 7 people in our family. The transaction couldn't have been easier. I would definetly recommend this cottage & will likely return in the future.
