Welcome to one the premier condominium complexes on Okaloosa Island, with the nicest and most beautiful beaches anywhere. Make yourself at home as you enjoy our 1 bedroom, 1-1/2 Bath condo that sleeps six. We have all the amenities to help you enjoy your vacation.

Built-in bunk beds in the Hallway with room for storage underneath.
Living Room: Queen pullout Sleeper sofa in the living room with tiled floors and designer area rug. 27" Sony flat TV, DVD/VCR player, AM/FM stereo system.
Free Internet.
Kitchen: Full size GE refrigerator with water and ice dispenser through the door, dishwasher, smooth surface cook top, oven, Sharp carousel microwave oven, Maytag washing machine And dryer. Eat your meals at our table for four or at the bar counter top with 3 stools. Sip your coffee or other favorite beverage while watching the Dolphins on our balcony with a view of the gorgeous beach and Gulf of Mexico, or watch the boats make their way up Santa Rosa Sound.

We just returned home from a fantastic stay at your Island Princess condo. We can't thank you enough for allowing us the opportunity to use your condominium home. Everything was great, from the accommodations to the various dining venues. I will have to agree with you about McGuire's. We had an awesome meal there and the service was some of the best we have had in a long time! I understand why it's one of your favorites. We also enjoyed the Old Bay Steamer. We had a King Crab/Snow Crab steamer platter for two that not only was incredible, but would have possibly fed four people. The white sugary beach was immaculate and the water was beautiful. We saw dolphins a couple of days while basking in the glow of the sun at the beach. All in all, we had a blast and are already looking at when we might possibly be able to make a return visit!

Good Afternoon: Well how the week flew, but just wanted to Thank You and your wife again for allowing us the pleasure of renting your condo for the week. The condo was truly amazing and such a wonderful unit. We had a couple of days of rain but took the chance to visit Pensacola Naval Museum. Also visited Destin which is way to crowed for us. It was so peaceful at Oklassoa Island. Again thank you for allowing us the pleasure to rent your condo and look forward to renting again. I just wanted to tell you that my children and I had a fantastic time staying at the Island Princess. This was the first time in several years I that have been to the Ft. Walton area and I was greatly surprised on the quality of improvement within this area. The beaches were beautiful. Your condo was perfect for us and very tastefully decorated. We do hope to come again soon!

As our wonderful week comes to an end, I wanted to thank you for allowing us the use of your Florida retreat. We have had great weather and your condo is extremely well-decorated and comfortable. The crowds were almost non-existent and the beach was quiet and relaxing. I know, not good for rentals but we enjoyed the quiet. If our schedule allows, we will certainly be interested in this rental again next Spring. Thanks again.

We enjoyed it very much. I'm so glad it snowed that weekend and I had time to just look on the internet for something other than a hotel. Your condo is very nice and has one of the best stocked kitchens I've encountered in a long time of condo renting. It was the first time we'd ever been in that area. We usually stay on Sanibel, but it's so far down and getting more expensive by the year. I think we'll be back! Thanks again.
