Condo complex of 100 units is in a "U" shaped configuration like a townhouse development. 2 Bedroom Units are on the 2nd floor (main living area of living room, dining room and kitchen) with next floor (3rd floor of building)with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths.

Tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room and a furnished balcony overlooking the courtyard where the "club house" is located along with the swimming pool, shuffle board, deck for picnics with grills. A fitness center is located within the complex.
