The BEACH is a 40 foot walk from the elevator.

This Unit is on the TOP floor. It is very QUIET and private. This is a gulf front complex on the beach. Both master bedrooms have private balconies. The living room & 4th bdm/fam room both have access to balconies. The views from all four rooms are absolutely spectacular. Living and family rooms have entire walls of glass.Night Views are 180 degrees of forever spectacle of lights.

We stayed with a party of 15. The two units were great. The owner was honest and responsive. All units in the complex are privately owned and well kept. Okaloosa is a great island. Beaches are almost as good as Siesta Key (best in the world). Price is much less. Destin is just far enough to easily get to and get away from. Most of the time, the pictures give a better image than reality. In this case, the pictures do not do this condo full justice. Nicely decorated, very comfortable. I've visited Daytona, Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Jacksonville...overall, this (Ft. Walton) was the best.

Thanks so much for our stay at the condo. It was beautiful. The condo was extremly nice and we loved the views from the top floor balconies. The beaches down there speak for themselves. If you have not been to Pensacola or Perdido Key, its a must see! Thanks again.
