The elevator to the BEACH is located At the second front door of the PENTHOUSE.The BEACH,Sand,Huge heated pool,BBQ,picnic areas are a 40foot walk from the bottom of the elevator.

One with two double beds2 full bth and the other can be used as family room or 4th bedroom with built in closet and queen convertable bed.Also on this side is a mini kitchen with additional; Microwave,toaster,coffee maker,refrigerator,iron and board.

The FULLY supplied kitchen,dining area and bar seating will easily accomodate large parties. Living room has 36"TV, DVD, VCR, Video library. All four bedrooms have Cable Televisions also.

The BEACH is a 40 foot walk from the elevator.

This Unit is on the TOP floor. It is very QUIET and private. This is a gulf front complex on the beach. Both master bedrooms have private balconies. The living room & 4th bdm/fam room both have access to balconies. The views from all four rooms are absolutely spectacular. Living and family rooms have entire walls of glass.Night Views are 180 degrees of forever spectacle of lights.

BEACH TOYS FOR ALL THE KIDS (big or small).

A very comfortable home away from home, very nice quality upscale decorations and accommodations. Don't forget to bring your lap top to take advantage of the free high speed internet access.
