ON The Beach---Our Ground Floor Condo is Corner Unit offers Privacy, Convenient Walkout Access to pools ,Lazy River and the Beach directly from the living room through the furnished porch and the Palm gardens.
---Our First Floor condo is above, beautiful views of the Courtyard Pools and Lazy River with a peak of the ocean.It sleeps 4 .New and beautiful.FREE Wi-Fi INTERNET.The nicest most exquisite condominium on Okaloosa Island.SPECTACULAR!. Directly on the beach. At Our Ground Floor unit A family of 6 can vacation here with king-sized bed in the
Master suite,private full bathroom,closet and HD TV/DVD .The Great Room is furnished with sleeper sofa and love seat plus a Daybed with Trundle(can become a king or 2 twins) HD TV/DVD and a Radio/cassette/CD player.
Our First Floor Condo sleeps 4 .A queen size bed in the Master Suite ,Sleeper/sofa in the Great Room.Washer/Dryer in the units.
Our 2 Condos are decorated with hi grade furnishings with an island flare. The
condos feature 9 ft. ceilings, crown molding, all stainless steel
appliances, granite counter tops. The kitchens are fully-equipped includes Toaster,Coffee machine,blender,cookie sheet with beautiful cabinets and
the sparkling new appliances compliment the granite counter tops and
breakfast bar. All furnishings and decor are at true platinum level..All the
amenities you'd expect and more.Perfect location between Destin and Fort Walton Beach, close to many restaurants, night spots and attractions--everything on your wish list!
The Gulfarium is within walking distance. There are many wonderful restaurants to choose from and you are just minutes away from golfing, shopping, and all sorts of area attractions.
We have a local manager that will take care of any needs that may occur while you are on vacation.We Never ask you to wire money using services such as Western Union or MoneyGram.

Best Place for Kids in Destin

Waterscape is a great family vacation experience for us. 2 pools, plus the lazy river plus the obstacle course plus the kiddie pool keeps the kids busy and happy for the day. The tiki bar keeps us happy. Then there's the amazing beach right there, not a long walk or across the street. The condo complex is uniquely designed in a u shape with the opening facing the gulf. The pools are conatined within the U shape so that you can pretty easily monitor the family within the pool area. If you like to fish, the pier is a 5 minute walk down the beach, and a great restaurant complex is right there. Our 3 kids look forward to Waterscape every year, and all other places I've checked on don't offer anything like it in Destin. The condos are all large, open and contemporary with great kitchens and balconys. Worth the price.

Beautiful ground floor unit with nice patio (all updated) Resort had awesome amenities. I would only add that I don't suggest silverstone cookware because it has taken a beating with the rentals. We would not use the pots they were so scratched with the teflon flaking off...

PERFECT CONDO

This was one of the best vacations we have had. The condo was perfect. There is nothing negative to say all I can say is everything was perfect. The swimming pools were the best I have seen and the beach right there it was absolutley wonderfull. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Good vacation- we have some tips to share

The condo was as pictured, nice enough. The location wasn't as good as what I thought. It was private, though, but not much of a view of the pool and you can't see or hear the Gulf. Good thing is you didn't have to get on an elevator to go to/from the pools. The pools & the daily activities were great for our kids. Not renting with the company that manages the property has it's drawbacks like no wireless internet and beach chairs/umbrellas as perks. This unit was less expensive to rent so you take the good with the bad and leave your computer at home and bring an extra $22/day for chair rentals or bring your own. Good seafood restaurants with outdoor dining at the Boardwalk, which is a long stroll down the beach on the other side of the pier or rather take a very short drive. Loved the Tiki bar at the pool. Thanks for renting to us. We had a great time.

We loved this condo so much we booked it again for next year before our vacation was over! The showers were the biggest I have ever seen! It was very comfortable and SO convenient to the beach and pool. It was also walking distance to our favorite restaurants and stores. We lucked up finding this condo!

Everything about this Condo was perfect! No worries, no surprises. The Owner is GREAT to work with, the Condo was Clean & Comfortable, and the location is Excellent for all ages. I will return to this Unit as often as my schedule permits and have recommended it to Friends and Family.
