Description of the Fort Walton Beach vacation condo rental
I have a fully furnished studio condo in FWB Florida available $350 for 3 nights TOTAL or $600 Total for a week -YOU clean it before you leave or add $50 for the cleaning ing bill :)
The condo is the El Matador complex on Santa Rosa Blvd right on the beach!!! My condo is located at the 2nd pool and you can see the white sands and the gulf from the balcony. The other pool is oceanside with grills and animals are welcomed as long as they are well behaved and you clean up after them :)
It is a 1 BR 1BA condo RIGHT on the beach with lots of private beach ,,, it is GREAT for 2 adults and it does have a pullout sofa for 2 other people ... it is an open floor plan people and small dog(s) may be ok ... just ask!!
NO SMOKING and you can pay with PayPal or cash before arrival ... early arrival and late check out amy be ok ... just ask ... HURRY!!

Area Description
The condo is at El Matador Condos at the end of Santa Rosa Blvd on Okaloosa Island.
There are miles of empty beaches to the west for long walks, plenty of restaurants of all descriptions and price ranges.
More shopping than you'd ever want to do both in Ft. Walton and Destin. It is a 5 mile drive along the island to Destin. The condo faces the Gulf (great gulf view from private balcony) and is about 100 - 150 yards from the beach across the pavement.
It has a pool adjoinging my building plus a larger pool right by the beach. There is an exercise room & indoor spa & sauna also adjacent to my building.
The condo has a fuly furnished kitchen if you'd like to cook. Also tennis courts and a large outdoor grill. Cable TV on a 32" LCD TV and cable internet is available for your use.
You should be able to view an aerial view of the property at mapquest and typing in the address - 909 Santa Rosa Blvd, Ft. Walton Beach, FL 32548 You will see the sound at the top & the Gulf at the bottom.
