Description of the Fort Walton Beach vacation condo rental
You'll find priceless views from this four bedroom, three bath one-of-a-kind unit at Azure ! Ours is tastefully decorated throughout in quality, rich, yet homey furnishings for a touch of serenity.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, 40" flat screen TV. The master bath has a walk-in shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub, his & her closets, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. A fantastic view of the gulf even from your bed.
Guest bedroom #1 assigned the title "Captain's Quarters" has a queen size bed, private entrance to hall bath, also a TV with built in video player.
"Nan's Cottage" the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom, and a 20" LCD TV with built in DVD player. Then there's the coveted Bungalow (bunk room) with it's own TV and stocked with a 30 volume Disney movie collection! These beds fit adults also.
The granite and stainless kitchen is actually well stocked for cooking, and boasts great views of the beach.
The living room has the right amount of space so that the family can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico (amazing views) while enjoying a movie or their favorite show on the 50" plasma TV. About 100 movies provided for your enjoyment. Complete with full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room with lots of storage space. This condo has the right equation of "beachy" charm, elegance, comfort and style to make any vacation a memorable one !!

Our family couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations at Azure 117. With 3 couples and five grandkids the sleeping arrangements with 3 baths was excellent. The grandkids loved the bunkroom.(They often referred to it as their movie theater since they loved watching the variety of videos provided. Our 26 year old son also managed to crash on the living room couch. We loved the 2 patio door down from the spacious pool area with ground level access. This gave us privacy at our condo yet the closeness to the pool. Whether it was a day at the beach and then a relaxing pool swim or a refreshing morning pool swim and then to beach, the easy access to both pool and beach was fantastic for adults and kids. The beach was fabulous. We have been to other beaches throughout the world but their is nothing like the sand at Fort Walton Beach. The beach area was well kept and our umbrella and beach chairs were set up everyday when we arrived at our spot on the beach. The condo(which is more than a beach house) was neat and clean and had all the modern conveniences necessary for comfortable family living. We loved the easy access to grocery shopping and other retail shopping both in Fort Walton Beach and Destin. We played two of the many easy to drive to golf courses in the area. I would definitely recommend Blue Water Bay Golf Course. We wish a grill would have been located right at the condo for cooking meals but the grills at the park next door worked out well for our family on the two nights we needed them(one of which was grilling our catch of fish from our fishing excursion on the gulf. I am not a great fisherman but this experience with the BoardWalk Marina/Swoop 1 and Swoop 2 was great even in inclement weather). We felt throughout the week that the people vacationing at Azure were family friendly and wanted to relax like us for the week. Our condo was ready when we arrived and Glen, our contact person in Fort Walton Beach, was more than helpful with the request or two we had about the condo. Booking this condo was also seamless. Pat and Emily Brown and their manager, Rick, answered our questions and concerns throughout our booking process. The website was also very easy to access and provided great pictures of Azure 117. In fact it was between a condo in South Carolina and Azure 117 that our family chose Azure 117 because the pictures showed the easy access to the pool area and we were told the beach was also very close. Superb!

We're so glad you found our condo to be just what your family needed. We do wish you had found our grills though. They are on the East side of the building and you probably just didin't notice them. Stayed here over Spring break with another family and had a GREAT time. Location of this condo is perfect. Ground floor convenience but NOT directly in the line of the pools. Our girls enjoyed the grassy area out back to play field hockey. Kitchen well equipped. Ice maker even kept up with US! We couldn't find any grills other than the yucky public access grill, so we just cooked inside. Washer/dryer in unit was great. Beach chairs and umbrella most appreciated. Cort on the beach was very nice and helpful! Ate at yummy Prazo in Ft. Walton. Took the girls para sailing and the Dad's golfed. Not a cloud in the sky all WEEK!! Would have appreciated some wine glasses in the condo, but we made do. Don't hesitate to rent this gem!

A Little Bit Of Heaven On Earth

The Condo we stayed at in Ft. Walton was spacious and beautiful. It was so nice and comfortable.Everything you could want or need was there. You could see the ocean from the patio. We were on the ground floor and it was so nice to have a short walk to the beach. No elevators,no long hauls with your beach gear to the beach. The beach has the most white sand you will see anywhere. The ocean was clear and beautiful. We had 7 days of Bliss on the beach, ate seafood every night, and shopped at the outlet mall,Destin Commons and the mall in Ft. Walton. After all we are 3 women on vacation. We did not cook because we did not want to but the kitchen in the condo had everything-very well equipped. We also saw dolphins playing several days and that was a treat. The pools and hot tubs were great also ,very pretty. When we were there we thought" this is a little bit of heaven on earth".

We had so much fun Mark and I have decided we are going to plan a trip ALONE this spring to the beach! ;-) I am not sure you have anything small enough for just the 2 of us, but wanted to just check. We would want to be on the beach. Basicaly we want Azure only smaller! We are looking at coming in March.

I just wanted to email you and let you Know that our ENTIRE Family had a great time and the Place was everything we expected and more. Thank you for everything you did for us and we hope to be able to return in the future. There was more than enough room for everyone. With the Kids their was plenty of room.
All the kids wanted to stay Longer (so did the Adults for that matter)... Only problem was ATT Cell phones don't work in the Building, but that is not your fault. It is because the building is so well built it blocks the signals... That was not a slight on the place at all.
