We just returned home and we already wish we were back in Fort Walton. The beaches are beautiful, saw dolphins swim by everyday. The condo was clean and fit our needs (4 of us) just fine. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Also it was spring break and you wouldn't know it, as it was very quiet.

I was very disappointed in the unit as I expected at least 1 1/2 ba. It had one full bath & only a sink in the 1/2 ba. With children & visitors, you need 2 toilets. Elect. outlet in 2nd bedroom did not work after the 1st day. The light switch in the bathroom would hardly shut off. The bathtub was dirty. And most of all I expected a washer & dryer & was disappointed that you had to go to the laundry area & pay to wash & dry. We had to walk thru water every day as they were draining the pool. The unit really needs the electrical system checked out. The owner was very nice on the phone & maybe I misunderstood. I did get a good rate, but I have to have the extra bath & washer & dryer as with children, you certainly run out of towels. The manager was nice & offered to try to find me another unit but after I had unloaded everything I did not want to move. I normally do not like to complain, but I was not satisfied. Thank you for your offer for my review.

I think someone is trying to milk their investment, or they just haven't been down to their rental property in a while. It is not 1 1/2 baths. There's only 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. Sinks in the master don't qualify as 1/2 bath. The toilet is painted brown - inside. That's an indication of the maitenance on this property. The carpets are trashed, not new, even in the living room. We had to cover the "new" sofa so we could stand to sit on it. And you can't possibly see the gulf from the back patio, unless you walk around the building. Maybe you can see intercoastal waters. We had to go to the store and buy pans, plates, utinsels, can opener, etc. Maybe someone walked off with the fully furnished stuff. The blinds are trashed, so you might bring some sheets if you like privacy. It is a beautiful beach and a nice location though. Sig just needs to come down and clean house. Sorry, Sig, your investment has been trashed! Please fix your description too. It's borderline fraud.

We generally had a good time during our vacation, but should note the shortcomings in our condo for future travelers. We were not happy with the quality of the linen. Also the appliances were very noisy, specially the refrigerator, which was totally annoying. On the plus side, it’s a very quiet community with walking distance to the beach.

The condo was a little farther walk from the beach than I pictured, but i would stay there again. It wasnt too crowded which I like. The condo had a pool close to our condo if we didnt want the beach. We grilled out on the patio and really felt relaxed. I like two TVs so i could watch something different. We were close enough to Destin to eat out and go to the water park without having a long drive or the crowded beach of Destin. I hope to go back soon.
