Description of the Fort Walton Beach vacation condo rental

This unit was recently updated. It has new carpeting in the living room, both bedrooms,and walk in closet We put new valances and curtains in the kitchen and 2nd bedroom. A new sleeper in the living room. Also new TV stand, new coffee table, end tables and new lamps. There is tile in the kitchen, hallway, and dining area with new rugs. The unit is newly painted with an accent wall in the Master Bedroom. This is a Non-smoking unit. It is #513, located in bldg #5, on the first floor. A short walk out the door and you are literally a few steps from the Gulf, the sugar sand, and the emerald waters. As you walk in the unit on your left is a beautiful heated pool. The unit is fully equipped in the kitchen, all bedding is provided, all appliances etc. There is so much to do just a short distance from the unit..scroll down to see all the amenities this resort has. We are just a few miles from Destin.....we are the quieter side to be sure...but still have plenty to do year round. There are some great eateries nearby too. You need only go down Santa Rosa Blvd to find good places to eat. Our beaches are the same as Desin and much less crowded.

We just returned home and we already wish we were back in Fort Walton. The beaches are beautiful, saw dolphins swim by everyday. The condo was clean and fit our needs (4 of us) just fine. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Also it was spring break and you wouldn't know it, as it was very quiet.

The condo was a little farther walk from the beach than I pictured, but i would stay there again. It wasnt too crowded which I like. The condo had a pool close to our condo if we didnt want the beach. We grilled out on the patio and really felt relaxed. I like two TVs so i could watch something different. We were close enough to Destin to eat out and go to the water park without having a long drive or the crowded beach of Destin. I hope to go back soon.
