Description of the Fort Walton Beach vacation condo rental

Islander condominium's are located directly on the sandy beach, with no other properties between us and the beach so there 's nothing to block your view of the ocean! You can watch the waves roll in and the dolphins swimming down the beach. We have a 80 foot beachside pool (heated seasonally), a fitness room, a shuffle board court, and outdoor grilling area.

Our 3rd floor condo features tile floors throughout and is comfortable and spacious with all the amenities of home.
We are the New Owners and recently refurbished the unit with new living room/ dining room furniture and new linens.

The ocean front living room includes a 50" HD flat screen TV with surround sound and also features a PlayStation 3. Watch your favorite movies (DVD or BluRay) and play your favorite PS3 games. The living room also has a leather Queen size sleeper/sofa, chair/ ottoman, end tables and a coffee table.

The ocean front dining room features a counter height dining table which seats six people. There are two bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating.

The full size kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All dishes and cooking utensils are provided including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, and spice rack with a variety of spices.

The master bedroom features a comfy king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, dresser with mirror, flat screen TV, and twin closets for storage. The spacious master bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom and has twin sinks and a tub/ shower combination.

The guest bedroom features two twin size beds, a five drawer chest, bedside table with lamp, and a closet for storage. This bedroom also has TV with cable.
The hall bath is spacious and features a vaniety sink, and a tub/ shower combination.

A washer/dryer is located in the unit for your convienence. We provide high speed internet and we have a keyless entry system.

Wonderful place!

The condo was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Right on the beach too! The owners were great to work with. Transactions were the easiest I've ever experienced! I highly recommend this unit.
