This beachfront condo has many brand new features. It has been updated with tile in the living areas, paint, and upscale furnishings. We have tried to make this a very comfortable home away from home for your vacation.

You will find a well stocked kitchen with new appliances. The living area opens up to the covered balcony which provides a wonderful spot to watch the sunset over the beach or listen to the calming sound of the ocean waves. The king sized master bedroom also opens up onto the balcony. There is a second bedroom with two twin beds. At this complex, you can enjoy the renovated swimming pool, the wonderful tennis courts, and the beach side pool deck where grilling out is fun as you feel like you are still on the beach! Activities around the condominium include mini-golf,shopping,fishing pier,restaurants, the Gulfarium, a conference center and miles of beaches.
