Kitchen is totally stocked with full size appliances to prepare meals in if you decide. Dining table that sits 4.
Graco pack and play, toddler booster seat, toddler toilet seat available in Unit. Washer and Dryer in unit. Iron and ironing board.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Extra linens, pillows, beach toys and beach towels. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

Beach set ups (two chairs and a umbrella) set up for you at the beach by the beach attendant, price included in rent. March through October.
This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of only 19 units. The pool is centered in the middle of the complex so every unit has a view. Barbeque area next to the pool. 100 yards to the beach on private boardwalk. No streets to cross. Plenty of space on the beach. (you are not packed in like the large condos with to many people).
Okaloosa Island is just six miles from Destin and is a quiet family-type beach area. This condo truly feels like a home away from home.
We have two other units the same size in the same complex if you are traveling with friends or family.

Great location. Lots of room for just my husband and I. We were able to cook or go out for dinner. Included Beach service was a nice benefit. Would recommend to anyone. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Just needed better directions. We arrived after dark and had a hard time finding the building. You can't see the sign for Devmor ct from Santa Rosa Blvd..you turn on Sundial ct. All in all a good experience
My family and I have stayed at the Sunset Cottages twice, and we love it. It is a home away from home for us. They supply everything you need including washing detergent..;) We have stayed at other condos in Florida but this one is our favorite by far. I suggest you give it a try....you will be a return visitor just like us.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Cottages! The condo was clean and very well stocked. We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed and having all the towels including beach towels made packing much easier. The views from the front and back were beautiful and the included beach service very appreciated! Would highly recommend this place and Kim's services and plan to return as soon as possible. Our second stay at Sunset Cottages, but our first stay in "At The Beach". Great location, great view of the Gulf, beautiful beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The beach towels were appreciated and nice quality. We will definitely stay in this unit again upon return to Ft. Walton Beach.
