Immaculate 3BR-2BA furnished home with 2 Car Garage. Home is located on a culdesac off of HWY-98 in a quiet safe neighborhood. 7 miles to Fort Walton Beach and 7 miles to Navarre Beach and 15 miles to Destin. 10 minutes to the beach without the beach prices. $1500.00 a month includes all utilities and fully furnished.
Area Description
Navarre Beach which is 7 miles from the house is rarely crowded and a local secret. There is a tiki bar and food, volleyball courts and a free boat ramp. You can pull your boats and jet skis on the beach. It's one of my favorite places. Fort Walton Beach is 7 miles East of the house. Okaloosa Island is another quiet beach 8 miles form the house. There is also a mall 7/8 miles away and a new Walmart 2 miles from the house on HWY-98. This is my home and I love it here. Just need to rent it for a while. If you are more into the crowds and the night life Destin is 15 miles East and it is a long strip of Beaches and Bars.
