Description of the Fortaleza vacation home rental
Villa Costa has four beautiful bedrooms, in one room there is: two single beds, In another room there is a double bed, in the third room there is a queensize bed, In the Master bedroom there is a King size bed, a huge walk in closet, and a balcony where you can see the ocean view. All room have their own bathroom and closets to store your belongings.
There is one living room, one dining room, which includes a TV [with satellite, English speaking channels],a DVD player, stereo system and many more.
There are 7 bathrooms all together, there is the sunny kitchen which is fully equipped with all appliances, microwave, dishwasher and with great servants to make your holiday as easy and relaxing as possible.
Villa Jerome has 4 beautiful bedrooms , one has two single beds, and two have Queensize beds. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
Villa Jerome has an additional guest house outside that consists of a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. This house is newly renovated and great for privacy.
Villa Jerome has a living room with a DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances:microwave, washing machine.
The servants are very kind, trustworthy people they are there for your service [a small additional fee will be added] so there is absolutely no need to cook or clean.
The servants can be available at both houses.
We bought a beautiful beach house in Brazil just last year and we are willing to allow anyone who is interested in traveling to rent the house and having a lot of fun to come and enjoy the experience on their own.
The house is located in a peaceful, clean, and safe town by the name of Porto das dunas which is located about 20 minutes from Fortaleza which is the capital of Ceara.
All you have to do to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Brazil is to walk approximately 5 minutes to a gorgeous white sand beach called 'Porto das Dunas'.

We had a wonderfull time during our 20 days stay in Villa Costa. The house is in absolute top class conditions, according to European'standards (people knowing this area of Brazil will undestand). Well furnished and maintained perfectly by Diva and Riccardo who look after everything in a very professional manner. We appeciated fully the excellent and discret service given by Diva and Riccardo, the couple in charge of the house. We had also the opportunity to meet Joroen and Luisa, the owners of Villa Costa; no doubt, the house reflect the quality of the people! We can only recommand warmly this marvellous place to anyone looking for a *home place* in Fortaleza's area. Many thanks to everyone already named above, as well as to Brena, 8 years old daughter of Diva and Riccardo. Our young daughter, Morgane 5 years old, appreciated a lot the time spent in the swimming pool with Brena. We hope to come back soon. What is a dream vacation? Beautiful wheather, a day on the beach or a day by the poolside at your private beachhouse! Whatching the sunset while sipping whine on the patio with a view of the ocean or dinner and a night out on the town! This is a day in the life! and all complimented by the friendliest people you will ever meet. The brasilian people are as beautiful as they are friendly and always have a smile for you (especialy the girls). I guess it is just a part of the culture. This is just a small taste of what I experienced on my Brasilian vacation. At the end of it all I am left with just one thought; When can I come back!!
Sabe... sou suspeita quando falo de Fortaleza, pois adoro essa cidade e as belezas naturais que ela oferece. Essa casa é realmente maravilhosa e muito agradável. Tem um vista brilhante, como nós brasileiros dizemos ela é Tudo de Bom. Podem ter certeza! E além disso, os proprietários são pessoas que eu admiro muito. Luisa e Jeroen, eu gosto muuuuuuuuito de vocês. Logo que puderem, retornem.
Hallo Jeroen, eindelijk heb ik de gelegenheid je alsnog te bedanken. We hadden een bijzonder fijne tijd in Fortaleza, mede dankzij het "Dream house". Ricardo en Dieva waren erg vriendelijk, maar ook zeer behulpzaam, aangezien het portugees nogal wat moeite gaf. Ik heb het huis aan veel vrienden en kennissen aanbevolen, en in de toekomst hoop ik er zelf nog gebruik van te mogen maken, Brazilie lijkt voorlopig een leuke vakantie plek en nog betaalbaar ook.
