Description of the Fountain Hills vacation condo rental
"Boxwood" is a 2nd floor fully furnished-Vacationer ready condo with 1050sq ft of pure comfort. 2 nice size bedrooms with queen size nicely appointed beds, dressers, closets with plenty of clothes hangers, Southwestern artwork, windows to let in plenty of light & nice draperies to block it out when appropriate. TV in master br. Antique desk with enclosed high speed internet ready to go at no extra charge in guest br. Spacious living room with over stuffed sofas and chairs, TV, Curio cabinet displaying Indian works, and Southwestern artwork shown nicely on the walls. LR has room to dance without moving any furniture. Bathroom is nicely decorated an has shower and bath tub. Kitchen supplied with everything right down to the corkscrew.Pretty dining area. Private veranda for relaxing and incredible star gazing. "Boxwood" has plenty of room. There is an olympic size, private, gated, swimming pool with all the amentities less than a minute from your door. New air conditioning and heating unit for your year 'round comfort. "Boxwood" is located in the quiet, peaceful community of Saguaro Woods. Palm trees galore. Many acres of nice lawns for strolling, sitting out and relaxing, or game playing. A very nice olympic size swimming pool with all the amentities for residents & guests only, never a crowd. It's a nice 10 minute walk or one minute drive into the Quaint town of Fountain Hills. Central of course is our world famous 560ft fountain, arguably the tallest in the world, surrounded by the beautiful fountain park with its serene lake, walking-skating-biking paths, frisbee golf course ( think you can throw a frisbee? Try your skills out on our pro course--it's free!!)and the Fountain Side Plaza with a wide slection of food & beverages to refresh you indoors or outside on the spacious lawns. There is also a "Splash Park" and playgroud for the kids. Walk from the park across the street to the Avenue of the Founains and stroll the wonderful shoppes and eateries downtown, including several art dealers with a fascinating array of Southwestern items that you might want to take home with you.Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Sky Harbor airport are 30 min from here.
