"Oakwood"is a beautiful vacationer ready 2nd floor 2br 1ba condo in the restful community of Saguaro Woods in Fountain Hills AZ. "Oakwood" is 1050sqft of pure comfort. This condo has it all. High speed internet, cable TV, all utilities and use of a private, gated, olympic size swimming pool are all included in the rent.NO SURPRISE Charges! Competely remodeled this past year. New electric,new plumbing,new tile,new carpeting,all new furniture,etc etc etc, right down to the corkscrew.Food, clothes, and "YOU" is all it takes to complete this wonderful package.The living room,with its LOVELY furniture-TV-VCR-computer/writing desk,rising coffee table,beautiful artworks & new tile, has room to dance without moving a thing. The long sectional sofa has 2 recliners and also folds out to sleep 2 nicely. The kitchen is totally equipped from top to bottom with everything you need including new Mexican dishware.The dining set is adorable with a private veranda for relaxing outdoors and stargazing (enjoy the bistro table & chairs with your after dinner drink under the stars ).The master & guest bedrooms are tastefully appointed with beautiful new beds, dressers, plenty of closet space (TV in mas br)and nice southwestern art(throught). Cute bath with shower & tub.Plenty of windows-good lighting-nice draperies to keep the light out when appropriate. You will want for nothing here. The owners live only minutes away to take care of your every need.

"Oakwood" is surrounded by nice green lawns for relaxing, strolling, or game playing. There is a private carport under the condo for your vehicle and more outside parking if you need.A private olympic size, gated, swimming pool (with all the amentities) is a 2 minute walk from your door.Only a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive into the actual town of Fountain Hills. Stroll the Fountain Park with the worlds highest fountain (560ft)that turns Irish green on St Pats Day!The fountain creates a beautiful lake that hosts many different kinds of birds including some occasional large ones!The lake is bordered by acres of pretty green lawns with walking, biking, skating, paths.Think you can throw a frisbee? Try our (free) pro disc (frisbee) 18 hole golf course. The pros have actual tournaments there. For the kids there is a "Splash Park" and playground for hours of fun. There is our new "bandstand" for our concerts in the park series and free movie nite (just bring a lawn chair or even just a blanket and curl up and enjoy!)The park is bordered by the Fountainside plaza where you can get everything from soup to nuts. Simply walk across the street and you are now in the town of Fountain Hills with its many nice restaurants, unique shoppes, and art dealers where you just might find something to take back home with you!

Full refund given with minimum 45 days notice of cancellation. 50% refund with less than 45 but at least 30days notice of canellation. No refund given with less than 30 days notice of cancellation

This was our first winter in Fountain Hills and we just loved it. Out of the madness of Phoenix and Scottsdale with so much to do so close; especially great hiking. The Dunlevy's were exceptional landlords. The unit was very nice. Spacious, very well appointed, clean, and excellently located; a walk to the Fountain. We'd come again! Thank you Dunlevys for a great experience!
