Deposits: $200.00 to confirm/deposit for reservation; returned within ten days of checking out if property is left in satisfactory condition
Other Fees: $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit if pet owners do not clean up after their pets and $100.00 if cleaning is required due to smoking.
