BEAUTIFUL LAKEFRONT SUMMER HOME

My lakefront home on Webster Lake in Franklin, NH has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, a screened porch overlooking the mountains & lake, a deck on the water and attached dock.
The house is an old New England lake home - with a huge living room, complete with ceiling to floor fireplace, games, TV, DVD player, CD player, puzzzles and magazines & books. The house is built out over the water and faces west - making the sunsets gorgeous. The front and side yard that goes to the water is fenced in and there are chairs, chaises and a hammock, as well as a variety of water toys.

Webster Lake is a very clean lake that is stocked each year and its' fishing is superb. There is a boathouse built underneath the house itself, which is in the midst of being restored and cannot be used at this time. The dock is fine for a boat. There is on-street parking, as well as the driveway of the house's garage. There is a public beach a few houses down the road which has a sandy beach. My home has a rocky shoreline, with low stone steps that go into the water and the bottom is sandy and a few inches deep.There is wireless Internet & cable as well.

The area surrounding Webster Lake has a number of small and good restaurants - there is a movie theater in Franklin, as well as a grocery store and 5 miles away are the Tilton Outlets. Laconia is about 12 miles away and The Weird Beach is probably 18 miles from the lake. There are many local activities and interests, which are in a basket on the front porch for information and locations, but the local newspaper is also a great source of what is going on in the Franklin and lake region area.
