Description of the Franklin vacation cabin rental

Large 6 bedroom, 4 bath upscale home. Equipped with every modern convenience but with charm of a rustic cabin. 4,000 square feet on three levels. The bottom level offers a regulation foosball table, a card table, and several pieces of exercise equipment as well as a full bathroom. The main level offers a large greatroom and kitchen with a dining room table that will comfortably seat at least 10 people. The greatroom opens out to a wraparound porch with a large sundeck. Also on the main level there are two bedrooms, both with rustic king beds, and a common bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a huge master bedroom and bath. This bedroom has hers and hers closets (sorry guys) as well as a magnificent rustic kingsize canopy bed. Also upstairs there are 3 other bedrooms and another common bathroom.
Just bring your toothbrush and a change of clothes. We supply all linens, paper products, soap products, common condiments, gas for the BBQ grill, complimentary coffee, firewood for the campfire, and much much more. Very close to world famous Sheffield Ruby Mine and Cherokee Ruby Mine. Free wi-fi.

Area Information

Close to few remaining ruby mines that offer native gemstones from world famous Cowee Valley. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to all shopping, dining and entertainment conveniences. Just 10 miles from downtown Franklin.

We had 16 family members from other parts of NC and Ga staying here. The cabin is very well furnished and all enjoyed the experience so much we are talking of getting in this type of atmosphere again. mother Nature even furnished us a snow fall:-)

We had a great time at the Bates Cabins. The cabins are well stocked, spacious and so welcoming we didn't want to leave! Carl and his son stopped by to make sure we were comfortable and ask us if we needed anything. The area is beautiful and the town of Franklin is a short drive. I would highly recommend this wonderful cabin and we look forward to returning.
