Description of the Fraser vacation condo rental
Enjoy spending time at this charming two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Recently remodeled with all the comforts of home. Full kitchen/dining/family room. Beautiful views of Winter Park Resort and Byers Peak.
Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. King bed, queen sleeper sofa, bunk bed (full/twin) and another twin bed. Plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful landscape and the wonderful snow. Close to WP ski resort, shopping and grocery store too.
Hot tub available within steps of the condo. Laundry access to pay machines is also available.
Holiday rates: $175 per night + $450 refundable Deposit + $50 cleaning fee (Christmas, New Years, MLK weekend & President's Day Weekend)
Spring Break: (March 8-April 1) $175 per night+$450 refundable deposit + $50 cleaning fee.
Weekend rates: $160 per night + $450 refundable Deposit + $50 cleaning fee (weekend is defined as Friday - Sunday)
Weekday rates: $150 per night + $450 refundable deposit + $50 cleaning fee
2 night minimum on all rental reservations. Please call if interested in this great mountain retreat.

Beautiful condo near Winter Park Ski area

This is a very clean, beautifully decorated condo that sleeps 8 very comfortably. It has all the conveniences of home. The owner is an extremely nice lady who left us some yummy chocolate toffee as a welcome gift! I highly recommend staying here because it is only a few minutes from the ski area and a few minutes from Safeway, so you can really save money by cooking or picking up ready-to-eat meals at the deli counter. You can't ask for more!!!
