COZY, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE SLEEPS 18 ROUND HOUSE: 12 minutes to Winter Park/ Mary Jane ski area, not far from Sol Vista ski/golf area, renowned Pole Creek Golf Course, Hot Sulphur Springs, Devil's Thumb trail, YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Fabulous cross country skiing or hiking/biking trails are close by. Tubing at the old fashion Fraser Tubing Hill is a must. Our cozy spotless home is beautifully furnished with lots of sunny windows that overlook a meadow. The rec room, in the lower level, has satellite TV, ping pong table and hot tub. Great for kids to hang out while the adults relax upstairs around a fire and large gourmet kitchen. We sleep all 18 almost entirely on BEDS, no futons are bunk beds. Many of our clients are now returning guests that enjoy making memories year after year. They comment on how the Round House has great 'Energy' and is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. 7.5 miles to Winter Park/ Mary Jane Ski area which has an alpine slide and other activities (miniature golf, maze, rock wall, music festivals) in the summer. Sol Vista ski/ golf area, Pole Creek Golf area, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Hot Sulphur Springs are close by. Cross country out back door on treed trails, great mountain biking. hiking, and fishing. Winter Park has art and music festivals in the summer.
