Winter Park offers 5 distinct mountains with an annual snowfall of 29 feet. Awesome skiing and snowboarding in winter, Mountain biking is the main attraction in summer and fall as Winter Park is considered the Mountain Biking Capital of Colorado. Property sits by a large meadow on the edge of Fraser just 2 miles from Winter Park. There are mountain views from every window. Very private including a hottub/spa off of the back lower floor. This unit is situated in a group of 4 townhomes, all of which are owner occupied.
