It is situated perfectly to have great 360 degree mountain views including the ski runs and Byers Peak as well as sunny meadow views with horses. A perfect vacation home for you and your family. Comes fully furnished with top of the line furniture and appliances, washer and dryer, large kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, gas fireplace and large patio/deck. The master suite has a queen bed, private bath with two sinks and large closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as a full bathroom beside it. The third bedroom has a custom designer log bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bunk bed on top with a full bathroom directly beside it. The living room couch is also quite comfortable for sleeping.

This property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet still very close to all there is to do. There is a shuttle stop very close by where you can park and ride (skip the hassle of parking at the resort). Minutes away from the tubing hill. Access to world class mountain biking, golf, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling and more. Minutes away from Winter Park/ Mary Jane Ski Resort.

Winter Park offers 5 distinct mountains with an annual snowfall of 29 feet. Awesome skiing and snowboarding in winter, Mountain biking is the main attraction in summer and fall as Winter Park is considered the Mountain Biking Capital of Colorado. Property sits by a large meadow on the edge of Fraser just 2 miles from Winter Park. There are mountain views from every window. Very private including a hottub/spa off of the back lower floor.
