Description of the Freehold vacation home rental
9-year-old colonial with wraparound porch, a resort-like yard that backs to private woods, and 3,000-square feet of living space.

The large finished basement is equipped with full bathroom, large flatscreen TV, cable, Xbox, sleeping sofas, treadmill and plenty of room for parties.

The main first floor includes a powder room, large kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, laundry room with washer/dryer, a formal dining room, a breakfast nook, bar-style kitchen seating, a study with Apple computer/internet, and a large living room with wood-burning fireplace, and a 70-inch smart TV, with cable, internet and Netflix. The loving room has 22-foot-high ceilings, with a wall of windows overlooking the bucolic yard.

The second floor features four bedrooms and two full baths. Single beds in three bedrooms, and a king-size bed in the master, which is also linked to a master bathroom with an oversized soaking tub.

This refuge is perfect for families, or large business groups, looking to save a bit on Super Bowl lodging, and who want to partake in the hectic but thrilling pace of city life in whatever doses they seek.
