Walk outside to the beach and listen to the ocean while sitting under your own tiki hut. Take a dip in the pool and grab a cocktail, lunch or dinner at the one of Trip Advisor's top rated restaurants: our own "Coral Reef" poolside bar! Whether you are looking for a relaxing & quiet getaway, or a place to meet people and go out for a night on the town, 1503 Coral Beach is the place to be!

Amenities include FREE world wide Vonage calling, secure wifi, cell phones to take while you explore the island, beach sand chairs, beach coolers and and a 5 gallon cold water cooler.

This unit is on the fifth floor and has all the comforts of home without paying the resort prices! Our studio features gorgeous wood furniture and is beautifully tiled. There is a full bathroom plus a second sink and vanity. The queen-sized bed sleeps 2 comfortably.

While you're not sleeping, you are just a short walk along the beach from Port Lucaya, Grand Lucayan and the casino! Come stay once, and you'll be guaranteed to want to come back again and again!

We are also the owners of #1603/1605, which are located on the top floor of our building with awesome views and additional space. It sleeps up to 8 people with 2 separate sleeping areas and 2 baths.

Area Information
We have traveled throughout the Bahamas. While each island has it's own individual charm and natural beauty, Grand Bahama Island is unique. It is easily accessible by air world-wide, and by ships and boats from the U.S. and other islands. The business, infrastructure, and opportunities for tourism make Grand Bahama an ideal destination.

Our condos at Coral Beach are in the perfect location; in that they are within walking distance, and close driving distance to the the majority of places that tourists like to visit.

Port Lucaya is a 10-15 minute walk on the beach or a 5 minute drive. If you're looking for watersports, fishing charters, scuba, sunset sailing, horseback rides on the beach...we have lots of information: just for our "Insider" guests and friends!
If you're looking to see beaches 'off the beaten path,' we can help you with that, also!

Other Vacation Rental Amenities
Our property offers a unique privacy and warmth due to it's location near the top of building #1. It receives late afternoon sunshine while many other units are shaded..which is a distinct advantage when returning from an afternoon at the beach.
Don has also worked alongside the local vocational college youth and assisted them in craft making. Some of their works are featured in our unit #1503.He is also a nature photographer and auctions his works to benefit the Humane Society Grand Bahama. We hope you will enjoy your time there as much as we have! We look forward to meeting you someday!
