Description of the Frisco vacation condo rental

Our 1100 square foot condo is conveniently located in the Prospect Point complex just steps from the shores of Lake Dillon in the heart of Summit County. We are sure that you will be comfortable in our bright, top floor unit. The gourmet will feel right at home in our well supplied kitchen and roomy dining area with its large table. You can enjoy cocktails or a barbecue on either of our two decks. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with a private bath and deck. The secondary bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a king-size bed, and the family room has a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa(new fall 2007). A pack and play crib is also provided for families with small children. Our attached, one car garage provides a convenient and secure place to store skis, bikes and other toys. The garage also has a ski tuning bench. We also offer FREE high speed internet access. We have three bikes for your use in the summer.

Our complex offers easy access to all Summit County ski areas. Copper Mountain is less than 15 minutes away, Keystone & Breckenridge are 20 minutes and Vail is 30 minutes. We are also just 2 minutes from the Frisco transit center where you can easily hop on the free summit stage buses to take you directly to either Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. Nordic skiing and snowshoeing can also be done directly from our complex on a trail which runs along the shores of lake Dillon. The Summit County bike trail system can be directly accessed from the complex in the summer months.
