There is a washer and dryer in the unit, gas fireplace in living room and patio deck with awesome views of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountains. Access to 3 hot tubs on-site, rec/bike path across the street and close to food shopping, free bus, restaurants, hiking trails and fishing. Condo comes with 1 queen in master bedroom, 1 queen and 1 twin bed in 2nd bedroom. Sleeps 3 to 5 persons comfortably.
