Two bedroom, two bath ski condo in Frisco with great views of the Ten Mile Range mountains. First floor with underground parking for one car and next to a faboulous clubhouse the has three outside hot tubs and one inside as well as a sauna. pool and racketball court.

Nicely furnished owners personal use unit with gas fireplace
sleeps six and has a dining area with table that seats six.

ALSO AVAILABLE FOR SUMMER RENTAL BY THE MONTH AT $1250 PER MONTH OR REDUCED RATE FOR MULTIPLE MONTHS. CALL or email FOR DETAILS. SUMMIT COUNTY IS A LOVELY SPOT TO ESCAPE THE HEAT AND ENJOY THE CULTURAL ACTIVITIES. (August is rented)

Area Description

Frisco is a charming old mining town that has stayed up with the times without going too glitzy. It is a real place with great restaurants and cultural faciltiies. Located within easy reach of Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountains and about 30 minutes to Vail.

Summers in Frisco are great. No airconditioning needed, sleep under a blanket with the babbling brook outside the window. Days are short sleeve with lots of hiking, biking sailing and cultural facilities nearby.
