This house had something for everyone--pool, hot tub, pool table, numerous televisions, several seating areas, deck with gas BBQ grill, large kitchen, games, books. It also had a fish pond, but it was rather dingy looking and in need of cleaning. The beds were good, but the baths, though numerous, were rather strange in their layout and some drained poorly. Eleven of us stayed here for a week ranging in age from 2 to 92 and we never felt cramped. The kitchen is very well equipped for a rental, the bar area is awesome, and the conference room seated us all well for nightly meals. Overall, I would rate this highly. The drawbacks mainly come from a few items that needed fixing or updating and the lack of circulation upstairs during the summer that made the upper floors a bit stuffy and uncomfortable for sleeping at night.
