Description of the Frostproof vacation home rental

Beautiful lanscaped home on clean freshwater lake. Bring your boat to ski, fish, or cruise the1,207 acre lake. Unlike many lakefront rentals this lake is used by the home owners and the traffic is minimal. The home is 2400 sq. ft under roof with wood floor throughout. Home has attached 2 story mother-in-law suite occuppied by owner/property manager. Also available 4,000 sq. foot hanger space for private plane or seaplane.

Area Information

This is a quiet private neighborhood of air pilots. Frostproof is centrally located in the state of Florida. Approximately 1 hour drive to the attractions in Orlando. 1 1/2 hours to the west and east coast beaches.

Extremely Pleased

We were extremely pleased with this vacation rental. The owner is exceptionally nice and helpful which made it all even better. The house is very nicely kept and maintained. It is located just down the road from Frostproof and about half way between Lake Wales and Avon Park. The location is also convenient to other area lakes such as Crooked and Kissimmee plus having Lake Clinch in your front yard. The view was fabulous. The sun room on the lake side and the screened porch on the back, both nice and roomy, were an added plus. We appreciated having a televison in both bedrooms along with having one in the living room, all with Direct TV. Overall we were extremely pleased and would definitely stay there again plus highly recommend it. Thank you Connie for such a great stay!

A BEAUTIFUL home that is secluded ..yet close to everything. Get ready for a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset as you vacation in this lovely home. It is clean and very spacious. Enjoy an evening on the screen porch or sit out by the lake. You will not want to leave!!!

Vacationed at this home for 4 weeks and had a great time. Very clean with lots of space throughout and very quiet and private. Excellent front yard and beach area for people and pets to enjoy.Home is situated in a good location to explore central Florida.
