The villa which has been newly built, is 300 m2 in area. It is situated in a safe and quiet area, yet near essential amenities. It comprises of 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 persons, the living/dining room, kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms/toilets, 2 balconies and a veranda overlooking the garden with breathtaking mountain views. Villa Costa is located in Santo Antonio, within 10 minutes’ bus ride to Funchal city centre, the Praia Formosa Beach is within 10 minutes drive. The region is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The sea with its translucent blue water and perfect island temperatures. Should you wish to dine out and watch the local artists perform the Folklore dance, you may try one of the restaurants of the hotels in the vicinity or you may also taste the local and international cuisines from the other restaurants along the coastline, all within 10 minutes’ drive from the villa.
