This house is in a very nice, safe, quiet, well maintained neighborhood. Janis obviously takes great care of this property. It was super clean, quite comfortable, and super convenient. Wish we knew about it a long time ago. It was great for gathering our family during graduation weekend instead of meeting at a hotel. We will come back for sure and very highly reccomend to anyone looking for a home to rent instead of hotel rooms..
This unit was great for us. Prefect location for visiting our son and grandchildren. The unit is totally furnished with everything you need and is very clean. We enjoy our 3 months in Gainesville every year and love the area. The butterfly exhibit at UF is wonderful!! And the gators at Paynes Prairie were amazing!!! J.J. Nanoose Vay, V.C.
