This renovated 1890's cottage, located in Galena's "Historic District," is just a stone's throw from the city's quaint downtown area. It is a two-story home with conventional features offering a gas log fireplace in a nicely appointed living room with hardwood floors and spiral staircase (poop-deck style) leading to the lower level. Here you'll find a large bedroom with walk-out to the private patio and white-picket fenced yard. A full bath on the lower level features a jetted tub and separate shower. The galley kitchen on the first floor opens to a second story deck.

Visit the quaint stores along Galena's Main Street where shopping abounds! Enjoy lunch or dinner in any of a number of restaurants. Go for a trolley car ride to learn more about this city's early history. Visit General Grant's restored home and other Victorian-style houses in the area.
