This was an easy and comfortable vacation stop. Our kids loved their room (and the game consoles!) and had a lot of fun with the boogie boards. We loved the totally unobstructed balcony view and the "user firendly" building and condo. Desk clerk recommended Miller's at Seawall and 14th, which was a great choice - less touristy, 15 minute wait instead of 90 minute wait the same night at better known places, great food and equally awesome view. Everything in the condo worked and was clearly labeled with instructions as needed. Laundry in the condo takes quarters only, FYI: 5 for wash, 4 for dry. And, we got our full security deposit back in the mail on Tuesday, after a Saturday departure! great customer service!

The rental process was very easy, the owner of the condo was quick to respond to our initial email regarding vacancy and answered all the questions we had in a timely manner. The unit was ready for us when we arrived. Very clean. We enjoy cooking and were very pleased with the kitchen set up. Big balcony with a wonderful view of the water - a definate plus. We would definately rent this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay here with the exception of the almost constant wind blowing. The place was clean and we enjoyed having many supplies such as TP, paper towels, kleenex etc there when we arrived. Kitchen had all we needed also, pots pans, and eating supplies. Very nice.

The condo size is very generous and comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 dogs. I wish that there was 1 more TV and that the DVD player didn't freeze up about 1/2 way through a DVD (we tried more than 1 movie). But other than that, it was a good location, had a great view of the gulf and felt very safe and secure. I would definitely go back!

Very comfortable. All the amenities you could ask for. Spacious. Awesome views of the ocean. We went for our 30th anniversary in February. It just so happened that it was very cold and windy that week, so we didn't get outside much. The condo was perfect for just relaxing and watching TV, napping, cooking, reading...just whatever you wanted to do, it was available...we will be back!

This condo is in a great location, right on the Seawall, with a huge balcony with a great view of the ocean. The people working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The price was also very reasonable. I will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The sound of the surf, the ocean just steps away and the beautiful, well-kept property made this the perfect place to rest and get recharged. We loved the wrap around deck and appreciated the care the owners have put into creating an environment where we had all the comforts of home.

it was a very nice condo we had a great time the only thing bad about it was that it was missing some of the little things you take for granted about staying at a hotel with a little tlc from the owner it would be over the top view is great and the condo was very nice but needs a little things here and there like we only had 1 towel per person for a hole week and there was no laundry mate would have been fine but it was implied that there would be towles for the whole week along with there was no soap in the kitchen not for the sink or the dishwasher it said the kitchen was furnished but there was no soap, knifes that did not cut, can opener that did not work, no kitchen towles or potholders, garbage disposal did not work, no trash bags and the handle on the sliding door was broke all little things and really where not that bad but was a little disappointing but i would defiantly go back

Nice view, comfy beds, a lot of extras in room (games, nintendo, puzzles, cooler, tea/coffee/hotchoc./micro-popcorn, toiletries), close to everything. Just needs some updating (bathroom) and more thorough cleaning (inside kitchen drawers especially!) Pretty noisy from street traffic. Not bad if this is just a home base, but we had cold weather and were inside alot!

We had a great time staying at this Condo. There are 2 nice bedrooms with cable TV. My 6 year old daughter loved that. They have beach toys and a cooler at the condo, which are great for trips to the beach. There's a great view of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. The pool on premises is also very nice.

We spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed it. Everything was just as promised. I would stay here again. It is in a good location. Owner provides many extras that are very helpful---cooler, beach chairs, movies, etc.

The place was great. It was clean and stocked with lots of amenities, including the dish washing liquid. The view was spectacular. We loved it there and definitely will come back. We didn't meet the owners but they are very responsive to phone call and emails. Communication was smooth. We misplaced a TV remote some where but they decided to absorb the cost and said they'd mail me my deposit today (3 days after checkout).
