THIS BEAUTIFUL CONDO IS LOCATED RIGHT IN FRONT SO IT HAS AN AWESOME VIEW OF THE OCEAN FROM YOUR PRIVATE BALCONY. The condo features one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a nice size bathroom. The complex is newly renovated in 2007 and is located directly across from the sandy beach on 61st Street Pier and Seawall Blvdand. Centrally located in town. Words cannot explain the beauty and comfort of these condos, so we invite you to come and stay with us, and experience the joy for yourself. Thank You. You can get internet connection in your room but it will be $7/day or $15/week

• Check In: 3 p.m.
   
• Check Out: 12 p.m.
   
• Required Stay: 2 nights minimum stay required
   
• Lodging Tax: 15%
   
• Deposits: - To reserve the dates, if its less than 30 days in advance we require full payment. If its more than 30 days in advance we require half payment. - We do require $300 damange deposit fee on the day you check in. This amount is only a hold on your card and not a charge on your card until and unless something from the condo is missing or broked.
   
• Other Fees: - A one time $65 cleaning fee and $35 reservation fee will apply. - For long term rentals only (more than a month rental): There are no taxes but we do require you to pay electric bill.

Great location, me and my 2 kids had a great time. The place is located right off the ocean and the facility had a great cabana pool and Jacuzzi. Highly recommended.
