This amount is only a hold on your card and not a charge on your card until and unless something from the condo is missing or broked. - Similarly, We do require $200 pet deposit fee on the day you check in. • Other Fees: - A one time $65 cleaning fee and $35 reservation fee will apply. - For long term rentals only (more than a month rental): There are no taxes but we do require you to pay electric bill.

Great location, me and my 2 kids had a great time. The place is located right off the ocean and the facility had a great cabana pool and Jacuzzi. Highly recommended.
