-----Top floor remodeled unit on Seawall facing Gulf! Enjoy the sunrise and dolphin watching with your morning coffee on our 22 FT balcony with fantastic view. Balcony shaded all afternoon!
-----You will enjoy the warm and cozy wood laminate floors and carpeted bedrooms, much better than those cold ceramic floors. Master BR has flat screen TV/DVD, & glass sliding door to balcony to enjoy listening to the waves at night.
-----The kids will love the 'fishy' decor bedroom with fishnets on ceiling, bunk with full bottom mattress, top twin mattress. Also an extra twin bed. TV/VCR/DVD. Hall area also has bunk beds with full twim mattresses.
-----Remodeled kitchen fully equipped with full size appliances. Both baths have been remodeled, pedestal sink. There are two comfy futons in living room with TV/VCR/DVD. Living room has glass sliding doors to balcony and large picture window. Sit on sofa and enjoy ocean view.
-----Three pools (best on island) open until 11PM with underwater lighting, large bubbling hot tub, rock water fall, exercise/weight room. Beach accesses every half mile to right/West of condo. Public beaches to the left/East of condo.

Area Description

So much to do, fishing piers, sailing, surfing, house tours, boat tours, golf/miniature golf, bungee jump, horse back riding, horse drawn carriage rides, movie theaters, restaurants galore!! 3 minutes from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Water Park, 10 minutes from Historic Galveston, the Stand theater, and you are 1/2 hour drive from NASA and Kemah Boardwalk. DVD players with variety of movies, CDs, and books. Babies on board' Great!.. Graco 3ft play pen for tottler's sleep, stroller, booster chair, toys! Extra linens, towels, blankets, pillows.
-----We are a retired couple living in Pennsyvania near Pittsburgh, GO STEELERS! We went to Galveston 2 years ago and fell in love with it. We really reviewed all the condos before we bought and definitely decided Maravilla Resort was the best on the island. Liked it so much, we bought 2! Its a family atmosphere, the last condo on the Seawall going West. Close to "beach access" (much better that public beaches near 61st) You will love Galveston and love our condo. I really took time to decorate and buy furniture to make is as comfortable and homey as I could. I have gotten many compliments on the decor....
-----I loved the atmosphere the first time I walked around Maravilla. Everyone is so friendly. All the condos are privately owned, most people live there and only some rent out to guests. I think that is why it is so quiet and everyone is so friedly. I hated staying up by 61st, in all the hubub and noise. Our end of Seawall is so so much better...
-----My favorite thing to do is sit on balcony and watch the giant pelicans. The "KINGS" of the island hang out on the tall condo building next door to us and at sundown they fly around it and glide on the breeze from the ocean. Its like they are putting on a show just for me! I have binoculars there for your use to get a good close up of these majestic creatures. I pride myself on having the condo well stocked for my quests so they have a wonderful experience and want to come back and have had several return again and again! Infact, I have gotten to know so much about them from our emails, they seem like old friends! And, since I love making new friends, come stay at Maravilla, you won't be disappointed!

Required Stay: 2 day min, 3 on holidays,special events
Lodging Tax: 15% on rate
Deposits: Cancellation policy, full refund 30 days before stay, half 2 weeks prior to stay.
Other Fees: $60 cleaning fee HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS ARE AT PEAK RATES Must be 25 to book

We had a wonderful time staying at Maureen's condo! The condo is beautiful and wonderfully decorated. Maureen has everything there that we needed for our vacation. The pools are the best we have seen on the island, and the kids had a blast. The location is wonderful. We are just minutes from the shopping which is just left of the condo and the beaches were great just right of the condo. This is our second time at the Miravilla Resort, but our first time staying at Maureen's condo...we will always use her, we were that impressed!!
