Ocean Front Resort Condo - 'Pelican Paradise'

Come make 'Pelican Paradise' your paradise. Enjoy the sun, sand, and surf, not to mention the wonderful pools. Our comfortable Gulf-front condo is right on Seawall Boulevard. Have your morning coffee on the balcony and watch one of Galveston's spectacular sunrises; watch the 'diamonds' glistening on the water with a cold afternoon beverage; and enjoy the evening ocean breeze as you dine 'alfresco'.

Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom contains a comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom contains two twin beds. Bunk beds are in an alcove in the hall. The living area has a queen size sleeper-sofa. The master bedroom opens directly onto the 24 foot long balcony that overlooks the Gulf.

The condo was recently refurbished; all tile floors, granite counter tops, new furniture, etc. There is an LCD-HD television in the living room and a TV in the master. The living room TV also has a Blu-ray DVD player, so bring your favorite movies! Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the condo.

The kitchen is full-sized and fully equipped for cooking and serving or you can take advantage of the many fine restaurants in Galveston. Appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, griddle, mixer, and blender. Eat at the bar, at the extra tall coffee table or, better still, on the balcony.

We rent to families and responsible adults. The ideal match is one or two couples, with or without kids, who want an enjoyable vacation at the beach. Please designate one person, 25 or older, in your party to be responsible for all payments and correspondence regarding your reservation and plans. This primary renter must occupy the condo during the entire time of the rental. Prior to confirmation we may require a copy of the primary renter's valid Driver's License and a completed renter's form listing everyone in the group. Maximum occupancy is eight people.

Maravilla condos are second homes, not just rental property. We will appreciate your treating it as you would your private 'get-away' and ask that you abide by the Maravilla's rules and the following two stipulations.

No Pets - No smoking - no exceptions due to owner's allergies.

The Maravilla has a large 5' deep pool, a 3' deep pool, a third variable-depth pool and a hot tub all set in a lush tropical garden. The complex has three elevators, an exercise room, and covered parking (the ten dollar parking fee is included in your rental). The complex is on Seawall Boulevard 2.3 miles west of 61st street which places it just out of the crowded center but still within easy walking or driving distance to the many attractions Galveston has to offer. Public beaches are a short drive from the Maravilla.
